Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Restorative Waters Healing, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to provide the best possible service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Appointment Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged the full service fee.
2. Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your session may be shortened to ensure that our subsequent appointments run on schedule. The full session fee will still apply.
3. Emergency Cancellations:
We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of serious illness or other emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
4. How to Cancel:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us directly or use our online booking system. Email cancellations are not accepted unless confirmed by our team.
